Shipping

• Items will be shipped within 5 business days.
• Shipping is sent through the best option depending on order size, and destination.
• Although we do our best to securely package our products basic insurance will be included. For most carriers it is the responsibility of the receiver to lodge any insurance claims.
• If you want expedited / express shipping, please contact us for a quote.

Item Photo’s and descriptions

• Unless otherwise stated all items are individually photographed.
• Dimensions and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability.
• All product photos are raw and unedited without any oil or water to enhance the grain.

Returns and Refunds

• We take the utmost care in ensuring the quality of all our products, and any known defects will be listed and or photographed. We do not accept responsibility for defects that arise, where no sign of or the actual defect is not visible from the outside.
• We do not accept change of mind returns and refunds, as we do individually photograph items. While providing as much detail as possible.
